Modular One
I have a new album made up of the best of my modular work from the last month.
Over the past month I’ve been experimenting with a small modular setup and documenting it on Whirrings. Here are a few of those posts (yes, I’ve discovered the power of the Substack meta embed!)…
As well as the works in progress I shared on some of those posts, I produced a lot of other music that needed further arranging and post production.
I’ve done that work now and put together an album of finished music from my first month of modular creations.
It’s called Modular One and is available from my Bandcamp page.
I’ve also recently launched (two days ago!) a Bandcamp subscription option which I’m calling The Archive. I’ve got a post all about it here. Modular One is part of that offering…
For £5 a month you will get…
ALL my future releases on Bandcamp for as long as you are subscribed.
SIX older albums that I have already made Archive only.
THREE recent releases: Modular One, Through Trains and Flight Paths.
EXCLUSIVE unreleased tracks, field recordings and longform sound experiments.
10% off PIVOT Cards and future products.
Today is not Bandcamp Friday even though it is the first Friday of the month! There is not another Bandcamp Friday until September 6th! :(
But if you subscribe to The Archive you’ll get nine of my albums including Modular One all for £5, that’s Bandcamp Friday right there!
Happy listening! 🎶🙏🎶
Thoroughly enjoyed listening to Modular One! You’ve seem to intuitively grasped modular synthesis quite well 👌 Favorite tracks: 508B and 511
